The Personnel Satisfaction Survey (PSS) is one of the feedback mechanisms of the PNP to asses and evaluate the issues and concerns of both the Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personnel. The results will help the top management address these concerns and issues effectively and efficiently.
Your participation is critical as the findings will serve as the basis in the review and formulation of programs as well as amendments or adjustments in the strategic management and direction of the organization.
The survey would be fully dependent on the information you provide; thus, we ask you to answer all the questions as honestly as possible. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. All the information obtained will be used for the purpose of this project.
